📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Provide expert advice on MSIG Life's insurance products, including life, health, and retirement plans.
• Conduct financial planning sessions to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
• Collaborate with the bancassurance team to ensure seamless integration of insurance products with banking services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, insurance sales, or related roles.
• Certification in financial planning (e.g., CFP, ChFC) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MSIG Life's product portfolio and bancassurance business model.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of banking and financial services industry is a plus.
