As an Interior Design Consultant / Sales Specialist at Private Advertiser, you'll be at the heart of our design and sales operations. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, then translate those into stunning, functional designs. You'll also be responsible for presenting these designs to clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
• Create detailed design concepts and presentations using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Present design proposals to clients and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery
• Monitor project progress and quality control
• Provide regular updates to clients and manage their expectations
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in sales and client management
• Strong knowledge of interior design software and tools, including SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex design concepts to clients
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
