📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the regulation, monitoring, and compliance of mass organizations (Ormas) to ensure adherence to government policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of Ormas to assess their operational efficiency and compliance.
• Review and approve Ormas documentation, including registration, financial reports, and activity plans.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the capacity and skills of Ormas leaders and members.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the governance and sustainability of Ormas.
• Collaborate with local governments, NGOs, and community leaders to promote social cohesion and sustainable development.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of Ormas activities on the community and report findings to the government.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Ormas governance and best practices to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, regulation, or compliance in the non-profit or government sector.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations governing mass organizations (Ormas).
• Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising Ormas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
