📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist in the maintenance and stocking of the bar, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Work closely with the crew to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in pre-cruise preparation, including inventory checks and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in special events and promotions, contributing to the overall ambiance and excitement of the onboard experience.
• Report any issues or concerns to the crew supervisor promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bar service or bartending, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Familiarity with a variety of cocktail recipes and techniques, including classic and modern mixes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of bar equipment and tools, including shakers, strainers, and measuring devices.
• Experience with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the cruise schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time.
