• Develop and maintain process maps and flowcharts using software like Visio or Miro.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify process improvement opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare process improvement.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
