📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage financial records and transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with international clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in financial audits and internal reviews to maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
- Support the finance team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
