📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional parking and transportation services to guests at our luxury resorts and hotels
• Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely
• Assist with luggage and other guest needs as required
• Ensure that all vehicles are parked in designated areas and that our parking facilities are well-maintained
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the parking areas
• Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Valet Parker or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with luxury resorts and hotels, including their amenities and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
