📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels through regular check-ins and feedback loops.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables using project management tools like Trello and Asana.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials for our livestreaming campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the business development team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the livestreaming and digital marketing space.
• Assist in the organization and execution of client meetings, workshops, and events.
• Provide administrative support to the business development team, including data entry, document preparation, and travel arrangements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or a similar role in the digital marketing or livestreaming industry.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using tools like Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
