Master Suppliers is seeking a Strategic Purchasing Officer to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor procurement team members to ensure high performance and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain and procurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
