Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure systems to support the business needs of SolarWinds Software Asia Pte. Ltd.,Monitor and optimize the performance of our infrastructure systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.,Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure systems, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud and on-premises infrastructure management, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems.,Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure the timely delivery of infrastructure services and support.,Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the availability and reliability of our infrastructure systems during critical business hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in infrastructure operations, with a focus on cloud and on-premises systems.,Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and on-premises technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or OpenStack.,Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.,Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Splunk.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
