📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.
  • Manage cash flow and banking operations.
  • Oversee the company's accounting and tax processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
