Aeon Credit Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Executive to join our Credit Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all credit operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, credit management, and financial services, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Monitor and evaluate credit operations to identify potential compliance risks and issues.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of credit policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to the Credit Management team on compliance-related matters.,Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Ensure that all credit-related documentation and records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, credit management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in credit management.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial services software and tools is a plus.
