📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our medical laboratory services.,Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry.,Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of the medical laboratory services and the ability to communicate complex information to clients.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and social media platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and healthcare regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
