📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organization.,Conduct risk assessments and prepare risk reports for senior management.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls.,Collaborate with various departments to ensure risk management practices are integrated into business processes.,Participate in risk management training and development programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management.,Support the ERM team in the implementation of risk management frameworks and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in risk management or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of risk management frameworks and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
