📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stock and manage inventory to ensure optimal product availability.,Promote products and services to potential customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in store operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.,Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and strategies.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
