Salon Fitri Sate is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate salon operations to ensure efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Schedule and manage appointments to optimize staff and client satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic accounting skills.,Familiarity with salon management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to providing excellent service.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
