📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the medical team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,At least 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
