📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, and ensure that all employees are trained and certified to meet these standards.,Drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with these policies.,Work with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.,Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, and that all necessary documentation is maintained and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the operations or facilities management industry.,Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.
