📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Providing training and mentoring to sales team members.

Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.
