📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Supervise and mentor the kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Plan and organize kitchen operations efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor food costs and contribute to budgeting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Hospitality and customer service orientation.
