As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations and dietary requirements.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency in all food preparation.,Handle customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
