📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff management and food preparation.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to keep up with customer preferences and trends.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
