📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at distribution centers and customer locations.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and address any distribution-related issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to improve distribution efficiency.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Knowledge of distribution management software and tools is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Jakarta Raya and its distribution routes is an advantage.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as part of the job requirements.
