📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the property division.,Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and prepare necessary adjustments.,Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and related documentation.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the property division.,Maintain and update the accounting system and database.,Provide assistance in the preparation of financial analysis and reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a property or real estate context.,Good command of Mandarin both written and spoken.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
