📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure food quality and safety by following hygiene and safety protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food records and reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.,Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
