Bit Point Nusantara is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of new technologies.,Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base.,Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and security.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
