Sentral Krisna Electronics is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our electronics manufacturing facility in Majalengka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for driving efficiency and productivity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
