Go Sun Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Jember, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our guests, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring their needs are met.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and filing.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide valuable information to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
