📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle outbound calls to promote our products and services,Provide excellent customer service and support,Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction,Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions,Meet and exceed sales targets,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies,Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus,Passionate about sales and customer service,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
